Samuel Wells

Samuel Wells was born Sept 13,1809 in Christian County, Kentucky. His parents moved to Nashville, Tn when he was a small child. In Nov 1829 they moved to Illinois. He died in Whitehall, ILL 24 November 1890 at the age of 81 years 2 months and 11 days.
Samuel had four wives. His first wife was Mary Smith. They married Dec 23, 1830. They had four children. She died March 18, 1837. In June 1837 Samuel married Mary Powers. They had six children. On Aug 11, 1849 she died. On March 16, 1852 he married Sarah Sullivan. They had ten children. On Aug 11, 1865 she died. On Feb 6, 1868 at Whitehall, Ill Samuel married Esther Neely.
